Smith’s Country Cheese is a family-owned-and-operated dairy farm and creamery, making true farmstead Gouda, Cheddar, and Havarti Cheeses. Our raw milk cheeses are lab-tested for safety and made with traditional recipes. We handcraft each wheel and block with love. Our farm shop features our cheeses, local wine and beer, gourmet food items, and home decor made by local artisans.
