Goat Cheese

Registered Oberhasli and Saanen dairy goats raised on a 38-acre farm in Hardwick. The farmhouse dates from 1760 and sits along a quiet lane among hayfields and pastures . Considered both friends and co-workers, the goats are cared for by Tricia, her husband Michael Holland, and their neighbor Bob Page. The herd is certified Animal Welfare Approved. Currently producing 10 award-winning cheeses.
