Situated on 300 acres of preserved land in Barre, Renaissance Farms is a farm-scale Permaculture project. We use organic practices and no chemical inputs. We grow heirloom vegetables and raise heritage breed livestock. In spring, we tap our birch and maple trees for syrup. Wildcrafted and cultivated herbs, including 2000 lavender plants, will supply culinary, craft, and medicinal materials and essential oils. We offer a variety of microgreens year round. Country skills workshops and classes available.
